Elevate your young athlete's game this winter with

RWCT's Strength, Speed & Agility Program run by Head Trainer - Jonathan.

 

Our Athlete Tailored Workout includes exercises that enhance Overall Strength, Speed, Balance, Rotational Power, Arm Strength, Foot Speed, Explosivness, and Endurance.  

 

Each athlete will enhance their performance and gain confidence on and off the field.  RWCT is committed to fostering a supportive and disciplined environment. Join us and watch your child transform their potential into prowess.

 

-Ages 8-12.

-Each workout is 60 minutes.
-Workouts will be on Fridays at 5pm or 6pm and Sunday's at 10am or 11am.

-Choose your childs time weekly using our Wodify Registration App. 

-8 week program until December 29th. Next Session starts January 3rd.
